PPM offers a wide variety power semiconductors at high, medium and low power levels as well as gate drivers for power MOSFETS. Devices such as Gate Turn-Off Thyristors (GTOs), fast recovery diodes and IGBT modules are available in various high-performance packages such as HiPak and Stakpak.

Product Selection Tool

The SEMIS production selection tool allows a user to evaluate device performance in common converter applications using a series of simple steps. The selection tool is web-based and can be viewed using an ordinary web browser. Note this applies to high and medium power semiconductors only.
