Sanrex Semiconductor Modules

These lower power, medium voltage semiconductor modules are rated up to 2.2kV and 1800A.

This product portfolio comprises of diode and thyristor modules (single-phase and three-phase) in a choice of packages. Diode modules include single, dual, dual common cathode and half bridge as well as three phase full bridge modules and full-bridge with thyristor. Thyristor modules include single, anti-parallel, dual, half bridge, thyristor with diode and triple common anode.

The latest SiC MOSFET technology in a low profile, low inductance package is available in 1200V, 1700V and with RDSon as low as 6mOhm.
