Capacitor Chargers
Capacitor charging power supplies are designed to deliver energy into a load which behaves like a low impedance voltage source (i.e. uncontrolled large currents can flow) . Traditional power supplies don’t typically respond well to this duty, particularly when repetitive, because of the high average currents created in the output filters. PPM Power offers a large range of capacitor chargers with standard output voltages, power levels and input options to suit any customer application.
