Silicon Carbide (SiC) Power Semiconductors are an increasingly used technology for advanced power conversion systems. SiC wide bandgap technology offers much higher frequency operation than Silicon (Si), along with significantly improved efficiency.

Modules in automotive (RoadPak) and industrial (LinPak, TechnoBlock, Flow and Easy) packages are available. Discrete devices in 4-pin TO-247 style packages are also available with market leading RDSon and Vgs. These devices are ideal for a variety of applications including automotive, renewable energy, industrial and battery charging.
