The high-power HiPak IGBT modules offer exceptionally low losses while maintaining soft-switching performance, helping your systems operate more efficiently and reliably.

Their record-breaking Safe Operating Area (SOA) ensures your applications remain protected under varying load conditions.

For medium-power applications, the 62Pak modules deliver ultra-fast switching with the lowest possible losses. You can operate them safely at full 175 °C with a complete square SOA, and the standard package allows easy drop-in replacement, simplifying upgrades and maintenance.
