The HVA series of UltraVolt high voltage amplifiers by Advanced Energy are a four quadrant high voltage amplifier that can charge and discharge quickly. They utilise a precision filter/divider and linear HV switch to provide a high resolution, programmable, high voltage, DC to full scale waveform with frequencies up to 1.5 kHz.
The HVA power supplies have analogue control and can be used to source and sink current with typical application including drivers for PZT actuators, MEMS devices and amplifiers for beam devices.
