The HVA series of UltraVolt high voltage amplifiers by Advanced Energy utilise a precision filter/divider and linear HV switch to provide a high resolution, programmable, high voltage, DC to full scale waveform with frequencies up to 1.5 kHz.
The HVA power supplies can be used to source ad sink current with typical application including drivers for PZT actuators, MEMS devices and amplifiers for beam devices.
